Long Lines Await Deer Hunters Needing a License
IOWA--(IDNR) The lines to purchase a first season shotgun deer license could be long ahead of Saturday’s opening day. The DNR expects more than 50,000 license will be sold between Wednesday and Saturday morning.Hunters are encouraged to not wait until the final minute to purchase their license to avoid the last minute rush. Licenses are available at more than 900 locations statewide.
