MUSCATINE, Iowa--Hello. My name is Lucy and I am looking for my furever home. I have been at the shelter since June 2012. I was found along HWY22 with my puppy. My pup got adopted very fast but I am still here. As you can see I am a good looking Beagle about 5 yrs old. I like people when they come into the shelter. I am a very vocal girl, a true Beagle.
