MUSCATINE, Iowa--The following occurred December 28, 2012, in Muscatine County District Court:

Steven Joseph Larue of Muscatine pled guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force showed that Larue delivered 19 tablets of a prescription medication listed as a Schedule II Controlled Substance to a confidential informant. He will be sentenced February 22, 2013, at 9:45 a.m.


The following occurred December 31, 2012, in Muscatine County District Court:

Ariel Alexandra Sargent of Durant pled guilty to Burglary in the Third Degree and Theft in the Third Degree. Investigation by the Muscatine County Sheriff's Department showed that Sargent entered a rural Muscatine County residence on two separate occasions with the intent to commit a theft. Sargent will be sentenced February 8, 2013, at 9:45 a.m.
