MUSCATINE, Iowa--On December 21, 2012, in Muscatine County District Court:Jessie Isaiah Sandoval pled guilty to the offense of Burglary in the Second Degree. Investigation by the Muscatine Police Department showed that Sandoval had entered a residence in Muscatine without the permission of the homeowner with the intent to commit an assault. Sandoval will be sentenced February 8, 2013, at 9:00 a.m.

Landon William Chaires pled guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. Investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force showed that Chaires was in possession of approximately one ounce of marijuana which he subsequently sold to a confidential informant. He will be sentenced February 8, 2013, at 9:15 a.m.
