Art for Tots classes at the Muscatine Art Center | Arts & Culture

MUSCATINE, Iowa--On Wednesday, February 14, Alisa Phillips will be teaching a fun and exciting class for little artists ages 2 through 4 years old. There are lots of neat art activities for you and a special little one to share. Learn with them as they explore the world of colors and shapes and become little artists. You don’t want to miss this– it’s never too early to have fun with art!
